If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions: API usage must not exceed 10% of purchased hits and refund requests must be submitted within the first 3 days of subscription purchase.

Our team will verify your account information, subscription details, and the reason for your refund request.

Required Information:

  • • Current API usage statistics
  • • Date of purchase (must be within 7 days)

  • • Any supporting documentation

Processing & Completion

Once verified, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Eligible for Refund

  • • API usage ≤ 10% of purchased hits
  • • Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • • Service downtime exceeding 24 hours
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • • Technical issues preventing API usage
  • • Unauthorized charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • • API usage exceeds 10% of purchased hits
  • • Request submitted after 7 days of purchase
  • • Violation of terms of service
  • • Change of mind without valid reason
  • • Subscription already expired
  • • Account suspension due to misuse
Critical Refund Requirements

API Usage Limit

Refund requests will only be entertained if your total API hits utilized does not exceed 10% of the total purchased hits. Once you exceed this limit, your subscription is considered actively used and refunds will not be processed.

Time Limit

You must report any issues and submit your refund request to our support team within the first 3 days of your subscription purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for refunds.
